At Des Moines Coed Volleyball Club we go over skills and rules on how to play volleyball and give you the tools to use to improve your game. From drills to strategies, proper form and time for free play, our coaches will help you get the most out of your game.
We will meet on Mondays from October through December from 7pm – 9pm. The gym will be open from 6:30pm until 9:30pm (most nights). The location will be at Stilwell Junior High (1601 Vine St, West Des Moines, IA 50265).
The cost is $150.00
