You should receive an email stating that you have filled out the registration form. Registration is not fully complete until payment has been received. You can pay by Venmo (@dmcvc_org) or by sending a check to 1335 SE Mason Ln, Waukee, IA 50263.

We use the form to track how many participants are signing up. We are on limited space so registration is not guaranteed by simply filling out the form.
